We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the city center. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, so we enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep. The staff here are exceptional and went above and beyond to assist us with any questions or requests we had. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We also appreciated the bar being open until 23h00, allowing us to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our New Year celebrations. It was close to all the main attractions and we didn't have to travel far to join in the festivities. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after a long day of exploring.

There were a few aspects that we weren't too happy about. the temperature in the room was uncomfortably high and we couldn't adjust it to a more suitable level.

Breakfast was freshly cooked, available for gbp 8 per person. Had an excellant time...

Soundproof, bright rooms, abundant breakfast and exceptional staff.

The hotel is located close to the city centre, making it convenient for exploring the main square in the old town. However, it is not in the most cozy neighborhood and is not well lit at night. Despite this, there are some nice local food places nearby to try out. The rooms are comfortable with a clever air conditioning system that adjusts automatically based on movement.

The hotel does not provide replacement tea/coffee or toilet paper when the rooms are made up, so guests have to ask for them.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and exactly like the photos. The bathroom was modern and the air-con was a lifesaver during the hot nights in this city. The hotel is located in a nice area, just a short walk away from the center and close to a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast served daily was varied and had options for everyone. The staff was helpful and kind, providing recommendations and even allowing me to take a small box with me for lunch.
